still no hood or way to remove smoke

It’s still a problem for us in the kitchen, dealing with smoke. This is why it is so important to have some means of ventilation. I made paella the other night with shrimps and when i was boiling the chicken stock with the shrimp shells, the entire house smelled like a fish market. And this was just shrimps. It’s even worse if i do any kind of raw fish. For now we venitlate the place using an open window and a fan but this poses a problem in the winter when it gets cold and we dont necessarily want to open the window to rid of the smoke.
