Burner Trays Do Not Stay In Place

Today I was cooking with my large cast iron skillet, preparing some pancakes…While nudging the pan to loosen the flapjack from the bottom, the metal pan supports on the burner fell out of whack and made a pot of hot chicken stock collapse to tilt and almost spill on the stove, and possibly burn me. What a a pain in the neck. I can’t wait to find a new place with a much better range top….not to mention, an exhaust fan too.
